FluffyLicious - Tuesday’s Woots!

It’s official… I’ve lost 60 lbs. 

*listens to the shocked silence…*

Yep.. I know it.. I’m awesome! It feels good to say that.. Now My next main goal is to get below 300. That’s the biggie. At that point I’d have lost 83.3 pounds once I reach 300! I almost cried this morning though… When stepping on the scale and seeing the 323.5, it felt AMAZING. I feel amazing for the most part. Aches and pains still a very common thing for me, however it’s becoming less and less. It really did feel good to see that number. 

Starting Weight: 383.5 lbs 03/01/12

Current Weight: 323.5 lbs 05/29/12

Target Weight: 144 lbs

Weight Change:  60 lbs

Remaining to Lose: 179.5 lbs

Avg. Lost Per Week: -4.7 lbs


Chew on that info for a few mins :D Makes a world of difference when you really look at something like that doesn’t it? It’s really something awesome to look at :o)

Yesterday was Memorial Day. A day to remember our Service members. And we had one among us yesterday. Willy, Thank you my dear for all that you do. Only 3.5 more years left of service and then you can pursue your biggest dreams. 

We celebrated by having a picnic BBQ. No it wasn’t covered in BBQ sauce… We were Grillin’! I know I stretched the boundaries of my calorie daily limit, however, It is the first time in several months that I really enjoyed my family’s company and I was sure to still eat small portions. Did I over eat? Slightly and I still amazingly dropped almost 3 pounds over night… Did I forget to mention I’ve literally walked my hind end off over the last 2 days? Approximately 9 miles within the 2? Yep I sure did. I literally cannot eat a ton of food. Because it’s PAINFUL. Anyhow… That’s the current update. Hope everyone had a blessed Memorial Day.

FluffyLicious - Fun Sunday

Fun being that optimistic mindset. I’m just relaxing. Well for those seeking an update today… Well let me start my saying plateaus SUCK! Yep I hit one. I went down about a week and a half ago to 330.8 which was a 52.7 pound loss. Well in the 11 days to follow… I bounced back up varying between 2-4 pounds back up! Grrrrrrr! Well this morning 330.2 registered on my scale. Woot right? I’m hoping that sticks & I continue to drop over the next week. If it does that would put today’s at 53.3 pounds. Anyhow that’s all I’ve got today gonna go back to relaxing & then to make some mini meatloafs later. Yummy!
